Nature of the services

The services on this website, including numerology, astrology, horoscope readings, and related consultations, are offered for guidance, personal insight, and entertainment. Readings and content are interpretive and subjective. They do not guarantee specific outcomes, events, or results.

Not a substitute for professional advice

Nothing from the consultant, the articles, or the emails should be taken as legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other licensed professional advice. For medical conditions, legal disputes, financial planning, psychological concerns, or taxation, consult a qualified professional.

No guarantees

We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, timeliness, or suitability of any information or service. Past insights are not promises about the future. Individual experiences vary.

Your responsibility

Decisions you make from a reading are yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a consultation, including financial loss, relationship outcomes, or distress.

Accuracy of what you send

Charts and numbers depend on the birth details and spellings you provide. Incomplete or wrong details can produce a reading that does not fit. Different practitioners may read the same chart differently. A reading reflects Vevek Goel’s method.

Bookings and payment

• A consultation is confirmed only when payment succeeds.
• A live session time is reserved briefly while checkout is in progress. If payment is not completed, the time is released.
• Fees are in Indian rupees for every country. The amount on the payment link is the amount charged.
• Email consultations are answered within one working day. Working days are Monday through Friday.
• You must agree to these terms and the disclaimer before continuing to payment.

Refunds and cancellations

Once a service has been booked and paid for, the client cannot cancel it. Refunds are not provided except where the consultant, at his sole discretion, accepts an exceptional case.

Minors

The services are intended for people who are at least 18. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian. A parent may request a reading that concerns a child, such as a newborn’s name.

Confidentiality

Consultation details are kept for the work itself and are not published. No method of sending or storing information on the internet is completely secure. The privacy policy describes what is collected and how to ask for deletion. Testimonials are posted only when Vevek chooses to publish words a client has actually given.

Use of the content

Unless otherwise stated, V ASTRRO owns the intellectual property in the material on this site. You may read it for personal use. You may not copy it for sale, rent it, or republish it without written permission. The logo may not be used as a link badge without a trademark licence.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are required to run forms and the private admin login. Those cookies do not ask for a separate consent because the pages do not function without them. Optional advertising cookies are not used. If a video is embedded later from a third party, that third party may set its own cookies.

Comments and messages

Visitors cannot post public comments. Messages sent through the contact form are read privately. We may ignore or delete a message that is abusive, unlawful, or an attempt to advertise. Do not send anything you do not have the right to send.

Links

Government agencies, search engines, news organisations, and online directories may link to the home page in a way that is not deceptive and does not imply a sponsorship that does not exist. Other organisations should email consultant@vgastrro.com before linking with the logo. We may ask for a link to be removed. We are not responsible for the content of sites that link here, or for sites we link to.

Availability

We do not promise that the site, or any page on it, will always be available or up to date.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow that limit. Otherwise, to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability related to the site and the services will not exceed the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim.

Lawful use

Use the site lawfully. We may refuse or cancel a consultation where we suspect misuse, abusive behaviour, or an illegal purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms. The page will show the new text. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
