Cancellations and refunds

Once a service has been booked and paid for, the client cannot cancel it. Refunds are not provided except where the consultant, at his sole discretion, accepts an exceptional case.

Minors

Services are intended for adults. A person under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may request a reading concerning a child.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, total liability connected with the website or services will not exceed the fees paid to V ASTRRO during the six months before the claim. Indian law governs this disclaimer, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi unless agreed otherwise in writing.
